Absolute luxury in a central location! My recent stay at Sofitel was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like a VIP, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The views from level 6 were breathtaking, overlooking the town and lake. The central location made it so convenient to explore all that the city has to offer. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a luxurious escape. The bathroom, complete with a two-person jacuzzi tub and a two-head shower, was a true highlight. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for better power options near the bedside tables and faster WiFi, they were easily overshadowed by the overall exceptional experience. I highly recommend Sofitel for those seeking a luxurious and conveniently located hotel.

Additionally, it is conveniently located near the ski field buses, making it a great choice for ski enthusiasts. The breakfast staff were always busy ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and the view of the mountains from the hotel was lovely.
One downside was the lack of modern connections in the room, such as USB ports, which made charging devices difficult.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Queenstown. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable king sized bed and a large bathroom. The hotel facilities were wonderful, including a beautiful lobby and a restaurant with an impeccable food and drinks menu. The staff were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, and we received the same wonderful treatment throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was central to everything in the city, close to shops and restaurants, and near the waterfront.
Nothing all excellent.

Everything about our stay at Sofitel was incredible! We had a wonderful time during our visit to Queenstown. The hotel's perfect location allowed us to easily explore the city. The rooms were spacious and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The onsite spa was a highlight of our stay, especially thanks to Valeria, who gave one of the best facial treatments we have ever experienced. We can't wait to go back!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel right in the center of town. I didn't need to hire a car because everything was within walking distance, including shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bed that gave me a great night's sleep. The bathroom had under floor heating and a deep bath with spa jets. I also enjoyed the nightly turn down service and the breakfast buffet, which had a variety of delicious options. the hotel provided a convenient location and excellent amenities.
The wifi connection was poor, making it difficult to stay connected during my stay.

Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the attentive staff who made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions on foot. Additionally, the spacious and well-appointed room was a huge plus.
The service provided by the food and beverage staff was far below our expectations. They were unfriendly and unhelpful, which made us feel like we were a bother to them.
